You could say that Big Island Commercial Properties Principal Broker and Founder, James Augustine, was destined to run a company like ours. James grew up helping his family's commercial real estate company on the Island of Hawai'i. When the family business sold, he set out to start a similar venture, but wanted to leverage emerging technology and take an innovative approach to improve customer service and client ROI.
